Enioluwa Goes Into Film Production With "All Of Us" Series | Fab.ng

Nollywood is buzzing with excitement! Actor, content creator, and influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa is stepping into the world of film production.

His first project is a limited series titled “All of Us,” set for a summer 2024 release. This high school drama marks Enioluwa’s expansion into new creative territory and allows him to connect with his audience on a deeper level.

The series, written by Emmanuel “Mannie” Oiseomaye and directed by Orire Nwani, dives into the complex secondary school world. It will explore themes like friendship, sexual assault, and the challenges and triumphs teenagers face.

“All of Us” features a captivating cast. It includes a mix of rising stars alongside established names in Nollywood. It includes Shaffy Bello, Iyabo Ojo, Yemi Solade, Kate Henshaw, and Jemima Osunde.

This move into film production reflects Enioluwa’s ambitious nature and his desire to explore all aspects of his creativity. “I never want to stop growing,” he said. “Every year, I need to challenge myself and improve.” His passion for creating meaningful work that resonates with audiences is evident in this exciting new project.

Enioluwa announced “All of Us” on his Instagram with a message capturing his mix of excitement and nervousness: “Doing it scared. Uncertain. Afraid. But doing it anyway.”

This venture not only marks his debut as a long-form film producer but also shows his commitment to pushing himself and enriching the Nigerian entertainment scene.

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has announced the cast of her upcoming film, “Finding Me.” From May 14, 2024, to May 28, 2024, Akindele has been revealing the cast daily through reels posted on her Instagram.

So far, she has revealed the following cast members:

  • Dakore Egbuson-Akande
  • Calabar Chic
  • Emeka Nwagbaraocha
  • Funke Akindele
  • Abdulgafar Abiola (Cute Abiola)
  • Omowunmi Dada

  • Dele Odule
  • Sharon Ooja Egwurube
  • Shaffy Bello
  • Omoni Oboli
  • Femi Adebayo
  • Joseph Benjamin

This lineup of well-known actors suggests the film could be another blockbuster when it debuts. Akindele began the announcements with a transition video weeks ago featuring some of the cast in “Finding Me” t-shirts.

Details about the film’s plot and exact release date are still unknown. The film is being produced by The Funke Akindele Network (FAAN), Akindele’s production company.

A few months ago, Akindele also announced another upcoming film, “Everybody Loves Jenifa,” from the “Jenifa” franchise, which will premiere in December 2024. She stated, “Been long you saw Jenifa!!!!”

Akindele is one of Nollywood’s most accomplished filmmakers. She produced the popular “Jenifa” franchise and delivered Nigeria’s highest-grossing film, “A Tribe Called Judah,” which earned over ₦1.4 billion.

She also produced “Battle on Buka Street,” the second-highest-grossing film in Nigeria, which made ₦668 million, and “Omo Ghetto: The Saga,” the third-highest-grossing film, grossing ₦636 million.

Akindele is the most-awarded actress at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) with five wins, including:

  • “The Return of Sheri Koko” (Best Actress in a Comedy, 2014)
  • “Jenifa’s Diary” (Best Actress in a Comedy Role, 2016; Best Actress in a Comedy Movie or TV Series, 2017; Best Actress in a Comedy, 2020)
  • “Omo Ghetto: The Saga” (Best Actress in a Comedy, 2022)
