Adding to his accolades, Burna Boy has earned another UK certification, with ‘City Boy’ receiving a BPI silver certification for surpassing 200,000 units in sales.

This track, a lead single from Burna Boy’s Grammy-nominated album ‘I Told Them,’ was produced by MD$ and Ruuben and features a sample of Jeremiah’s February 2009 single, ‘Birthday Sex.’ Its success is attributed to the catchy lyrics, melody, and dance steps that the music exudes.

With the BPI silver certification, Burna Boy expands his collection of BPI certifications, including platinum plaques for ‘Last Last‘ and ‘YE,’ gold plaques for ‘On The Low‘ and ‘For My Hand‘ featuring Ed Sheeran, and silver plaques for ‘Real Life‘ featuring Stormzy, ‘Anybody,’ and ‘Gbona.’
