Paris Jackson, daughter of the late pop icon Michael Jackson, shared a loving tribute to her grandfather, Joe Jackson.

Joe passed on Tuesday at age 89 after an extended battle with cancer.

Paris, writing on her Instagram, shared that she spent his last moments with him, and made him promise to visit her.

She described him as the first true Jackson and the legend who started it all.

spending those last few moments with you were everything. being able to tell you everything i needed to tell you before saying goodbye was such a blessing. everyone that came to visit you, came with love, respect, and so much pride in their hearts for you. proud of you, proud to be your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, proud to have your strength and share the dynasty you spent your life creating, and proud to be a jackson. you are the first true jackson. the legend that started it all. none of us would be anywhere near where we’re at if it weren’t for you. you are the strongest man i know. your life’s work will go down in history, as will you, to be known as one of the greatest patriarchs to ever live. i will cherish every moment with you til the day i die, especially our last moments. being able to hold your hand, lay with you and cuddle you, give you kisses all over your cheeks and forehead, meant more to me than you’ll ever know. quoting advice you gave me when i was a little kid and seeing your eyes light up, sharing stories my dad used to tell me about you, telling a joke and hearing you laugh for the last time.. my heart is full knowing we left each other in that way. i made you promise me you’ll come visit me. you agreed and i’m going to hold you to it. and i promised you that we will keep telling your story, over and over. to never be forgotten. my great grandchildren will know who joseph jackson is. i love you grandpa. so so so much that words can’t describe. i have immense gratitude for you, and always will. we all feel that way. thank you for everything. truly. rest in peace and transition. i’ll see you in my dreams very very soon.

Bobrisky Breaks Silence on Falz Defamation Claims | fab.ng

Following a 24-hour ultimatum to retract defamatory statements made against Nigerian singer Falz and his father in a viral voice note, crossdresser Bobrisky has issued a statement.

In an Instagram post on October 16, 2023, Bobrisky denied making any defamatory remarks about Falz or his father. He emphasized that he is awaiting an official response from his legal counsel before providing further details on the matter.

This statement comes in response to the serious allegations made against Bobrisky, which have sparked widespread public attention and concern.

He wrote,

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In reply to the two letters in circulation from the Law Firm of the Falanas. I like to state for the records and pending the official reply from my counsel, state for the avoidance of doubt that I, Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, aka Bobrisky, did not publish any defamatory statement or statements concerning the learnt SAN and his Son Falz.”

Bobrisky demands accountability from the publisher of defamatory statements against Falz and his father.

“It is in the public domain pursuant to my solicitor’s letter dated the 27th day of September 2024 that I have denied any knowledge of what VDM published. I stand by my express denial and put the matter to strict proof and advise that whoever has been defamed should hold the publisher of the defamatory content and my fundamental rights to privacy of my communications should be respected and protected.”

In another story post, Bobrisky emphasized that the responsibility lay with Verydarkman, not him.

“I OKUNEYE idris aka BOBRISKY didn’t give Falz or his dad any money for pardon. As a matter of fact no penny was given to them. Have said dis before and i will say it again. The person that published an Audio online should take fully responsible for what he posted in public. My lawyer will respond to any further information d public want to about dis ongoing issue trending on social media,” he wrote.

The controversy erupted when media personality Verydarkman released an alleged voice note from Bobrisky that quickly spread across the internet.

In this explosive recording, Bobrisky openly admitted that he had evaded prison time despite receiving a sentence for money laundering. Furthermore, the crossdresser boldly claimed that he had paid both Falz and his father to secure a pardon.

Subsequently, after the damaging voice note became public, Falz and his father’s law chambers took immediate action by issuing a stern 24-hour ultimatum to Verydarkman, demanding that he retract his statement.

However, Verydarkman remained defiant and refused to comply with their demands. As a result of his non-compliance, the legal battle intensified, leading to the court’s decisive action.

Finally, the court ruled against Verydarkman. They imposed a substantial fine of ₦500 million. Additionally, they ordered him to remove all defamatory posts related to the matter.

Yul Edochie made an interesting announcement on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

He launched an online ministry and shared the news on social media. Edochie posted the flier to his Instagram account.

The flier contained details about his “True Salvation Ministry”. He invited his fans to attend the online services. This move surprised many of his followers, who knew him primarily as an actor.
