Looks like Kendrick Lamar may be in for a big night at the upcoming 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, as he leads all nominees with eight nods.
K.Dot is up for Video of the Year for “Humble”, Artist of the Year, Best Hip-Hop, Best Cinematography, Best Direction, Best Art Direction, Best Visual Effects and Best Choreography.
Behind him are The Weeknd and Katy Perry with five nominations apiece.
The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Aug. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Fans can begin voting for their favorites now through MTV’s VMA website.
