Falz is a Nigerian rapper. He recently shared some personal information about his love life. Falz said he has not been in a romantic relationship for a very long time. The last time he was in a relationship was when he was 18 years old. This was back in 2008.

Falz shared this information on a show called “Morning Rush.” This show is hosted by Bibi Rai. During the show, Bibi Rai asked Falz a question. She wanted to know when Falz last had a girlfriend. This is when Falz told her about not being in a relationship since he was 18.

“Let’s not get into this; it’s going to be a dangerous answer,” he began in between laughter.

He added, “My last relationship was in 2008; I was 18 years old precisely. It’s not like I’m running away; it’s just been like a rollercoaster, a couple of different things for a couple of different reasons. It keeps changing, and I just haven’t felt ready.”

“Do you feel like you’re going to be ready anytime soon? As you’re blossoming into Mr Gold?” Bibi Rai probed further.

“You never know; maybe the gold era is the era,” Falz responded.

This means Falz has been single for about 16 years. Many people might find this surprising, especially since Falz is a famous musician. Falz did not explain why he has been single for so long. He just shared the fact about when his last relationship was.

This information gives fans a new insight into Falz’s personal life. It shows that being a successful musician doesn’t always mean having an active romantic life.

Bibi Rai probed further with another question.

“What attracts you to a young lady the most?” she asked.

Falz talked more about what he likes in women now. He said his preferences have changed over time. In the past, he used to focus mostly on how women looked. Now, Falz says this is not the most important thing to him anymore. He has grown and his interests have changed.

These days, Falz is more interested in a woman’s “aura.” An aura is like the feeling or energy a person gives off. By this, he cares more about a woman’s personality and the way she makes others feel when she’s around.

He explained,

“The aura, the energy, the swag. When I say the aura, I don’t mean that loosely; I’m coming from a realm where I thought I liked light-skin babes or babes with big breasts and other fickle things. I’m in a realm where it’s not about that, now it’s about the kind of energy you ooze.”

This change shows how Falz has matured in his view of relationships and what he finds attractive in a potential partner.

Falz shared a story about something that happened to him. This story helps explain what he means by being attracted to someone’s aura. He felt a strong connection with her. This was unusual because they didn’t talk to each other at all.

Falz believes this connection happened because of the woman’s aura. He could sense something about her personality or energy without needing to hear her speak.

He narrated,

“I met someone the other day, and we were at an event, and we just sat down on the table, and a lady sat with me, and she looked at me, then I looked at her. Without saying anything to each other, we had introduced ourselves. That’s the aura! If I meet someone who has that ooze, that’s enough to make a man as alive or aroused as he needs to be.”

He criticised politicians for their greed and lack of accountability. Also, he highlighted the ongoing issue of public funds being misused.

In a post on X on December 3, 2024, he decried the negative impact of corruption on the country’s progress. He wrote,

“Nigerian Politicians have stolen and are still stealing billions and trillions from the Nation’s purse. Unfortunate enough as it is that there are Zero Consequences for these actions, it is torturous that the people whose treasury are being looted continue to defend Politicians who absolutely do not care about their existence.”

Mr. Macaroni expressed shock at the extent of corruption among Nigerian politicians. He pointed out that the stolen funds could have significantly improved the lives of Nigerian citizens.

In another post, he asked,

“How can you comfortably loot public funds enough to change the standard of living of millions of the people you ought to serve selflessly? What type of greed and wickedness is this?”

“How exactly is the Country supposed to get better when our Politicians just want to steal!!! No integrity!!! No sense of purpose!! No accountability!!! Zero shame!!! Just hardened criminals in office!!! How did the people become so hopeless?”

Mr. Macaroni has consistently spoken out against Nigerian politicians and their treatment of the people.

On October 29, 2024, he reacted strongly to a viral video featuring former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike addressing citizens.

In his response, Mr. Macaroni expressed deep frustration and anger. Public officials’ mistreatment and disrespect of the people they should serve fuel his anger.

Outraged, he wrote,

“Nigerian politicians lack regard for Nigerians, and this is because they have never been accountable to the people. The other day the FCT Minister was addressing some Nigerians, and he said, “Are you stupid? Is it because I came down to talk to you? You are a civil servant!!!” What do you mean by, “Is it because I came down to talk to you? You are talking to the people that pay your salary!!!””

Nigerian singer Timaya recently shared his reasons for avoiding marriage. He explained on NAIJA FM that he believes it is more challenging to end a marriage than a relationship.

Timaya also discussed his parenting style and his approach to raising his four children.

When asked about marriage, Timaya said,“I’ve never been a marriage guy right from time but it can change, because marriage dey crase? I just look at it like if I marry today, would I be able to get out? In all my previous relationships, I was the one who got out because I don’t like stress.”

Christmas is coming and they’d spend it with me as well, but their mothers don’t come because they’re in relationships. We’re all family now so I can’t date any of them, we’re family now and we respect each other”
