At the 2024 BRIT Awards, held on February 2nd at the O2 Arena in London, Nigerian superstar Rema delivered a captivating performance of his hit single “Calm Down.” He wasn’t alone on stage, as he was backed by a talented band. This song holds the record for the highest-charting African song on the UK Singles Chart. It reached the number-three spot.
While Rema’s song “Calm Down” received a nomination for International Song of the Year, it ultimately lost the award to Miley Cyrus‘ “Flowers.” However, the night wasn’t short of other exciting moments.
