Continuing his “Timeless Tour,” Nigerian hitmaker Davido recently graced the iconic O2 Arena with a sold-out show on January 28, 2024.
The artist got the attention of the audience by delivering a stellar performance with a medley of his chart-topping singles and sharing the stage with various artists.
Since the release of his Grammy-nominated fourth album, ‘Timeless,’ the multi-award-winning Davido has been on a whirlwind tour, making waves at each stop.
The O2 Arena in London, a 20,000-capacity venue, witnessed its third sold-out show by Davido, who initially made history as the first Nigerian solo artist to achieve this feat in 2019. He returned for another sold-out spectacle in 2022.
At the ‘Timeless Concert’ at the O2, Davido treated fans to a timeless performance, taking out hit songs from his extensive catalogue and prompting the enthusiastic audience to sing along. The concert featured special guest appearances, including a collaboration with DMW signee Logos Olori for a rendition of ‘Picasso’ from the ‘Timeless’ album.
Mayorkun also graced the stage, joining Davido for a dynamic performance of their hit single ‘The Best.’ The energy reached its peak when Kizz Daniel made a surprise appearance for a rendition of their recent collaboration, ‘Twe Twe.’
