Your butt is a muscle that can be sculpted like any other. You can make it bigger, firmer, stronger. And the best way to do this is using targeted exercises that are difficult enough to challenge the muscles.
Here are a few;
Perform basic squats
Squatting is the basic building block for lower body exercises and this move can do wonders for you backside. It is done by standing with your feet hip wide apart, keeping your weight in your heels go down as if you are about sitting on a chair, and then get up to a standing position. One good thing about squatting is that it can be done almost anywhere.
Leg Lift
Leg lift are a great counter-moves. Stand in front of a tall table, or a steady chair, and then lean forward slightly as you lift your right leg back off the floor, it is done as it says leg lift. Lift your right leg as high as it can go while doing that keep your hips square. Change legs as you go.
Do Standard Lunges
Lunges tone the fronts and backs of your legs as well as your booty and hips. Stand with your feet hip width apart. Put one leg forward and then bend both knees at once. Lower your back knee toward the floor while keeping your front knee centered directly above your ankle.
Perform Side Squats
Side squat also called side lunges firm your inner and outer thighs. Stand with your feet hip width apart. Step out to the right and bend your right knee, keeping your left leg straight. Stop when you are at your lowest point and then rise up to standing. Rest and change legs.
