After her and her sister Kendall was criticized over a collection of Tupac and Biggie T-shirts, Kylie Jenner is being sued again.
This time, the 19-year-old reality star is being accused of ripping off the work of a British artist.
According to TMZ, an artist named Sara Pop has filed a lawsuit against Kylie, claiming she copied her one of her most well-known pieces, dubbed Temptation Neon.
The piece is a glossy set of lips, with white teeth biting down on the bottom lip. She says Kylie used an image very similar on promo for Kylie’s upcoming E! series, Life of Kylie.
Sources at E! say the lip design was created by a third party and Kylie was not involved in the process.
Pope is suing Kylie and NBC Universal for an undisclosed amount.
The news comes just weeks after photographer Mike Miller filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Kylie and Kendall for using images of Tupac that he shot back in the 1990s.
Kylie and Kendall have since called the lawsuit “baseless.”
