Rita Dominic Thumps Critic After Questioning Her Latest Movie Role

Rita Dominic beats critic after questioning her movie role | Fab.ng

Rita Dominic is a well-known and experienced actress in the Nollywood industry. She has been acting for many years. Recently, Rita was in a movie series called “Lekki Wives”.

An X user (formerly known as Twitter) user @Filmheadi didn’t think Rita should be in “Lekki Wives”. This person believed that Rita, as a famous and experienced actress, should not be doing this kind of role anymore.

The X user suggested that there are certain types of movie projects that Rita should no longer be part of. According to the person, Rita should only take on roles that are considered more suitable for her status.

This comment was meant to criticize Rita’s choice of acting roles. The user seemed to think that Rita was too important or too experienced for the “Lekki Wives” series.

The post read,

“There are certain projects your brand should outgrow, because why is Rita Dominic in Lekki Wives or whatever it is called? Common.”

Rita saw this comment and decided to respond to it. She wanted to explain her view on the matter. She said that people who talk like this don’t have “artistic integrity”. This means they don’t truly understand or respect the art of acting.

Rita advised other actors not to pay attention to these kinds of comments. She warned that if actors listen to such criticism, they might start to think they are more important than the movie industry itself.

Rita believes this kind of thinking is not good for actors or the industry.

She encouraged Nollywood stars to be open to all kinds of roles and projects. Rita thinks actors shouldn’t limit themselves to only certain types of movies or roles.

Instead, Rita suggested that actors should be willing to work on any platform that allows them to use their creative talents. This could mean working on big movies, small productions, TV series, or any other type of project.

She wrote,

“Dear Actors, only people who have no single drop of artistic integrity speak like this. If you listen to them, you will soon begin to believe you are more important than the industry that birth you. You are an ACTOR, so make sure to find a way or platform to release the creative energy in you. Continue to hone your skills regardless of empty comments like this, cos knowledge is never-ending – yours truly, Rita.”

Rita’s message was about staying humble and valuing all opportunities to act and create, regardless of how big or small the project might seem.

Her response shows that she believes in respecting the craft of acting and not letting fame or status get in the way of artistic expression.

Big Brother Naija season 9 is gearing up to be a game-changer! Big Brother Naija fans rejoice! The wait is almost over. The organizers are hinting at the start of the much-awaited season 9. Get ready for a surprise, because this year will be different.

Big Brother Naija’s official page posted a message suggesting the new season will begin on a Sunday sometime in July. But that’s not all! The show is taking a fresh approach, with a unique twist on how people can participate.

The post reads, “What’s better than One? Mark your calendars! #BBNaijaS9 🇳🇬 @guinnessngr @Smirnoffng”

A post shared by Big Brother Naija (@bigbronaija)

Remember way back in March? That’s when auditions kicked off for this season, and right from the start, there was a buzz about a new rule. Unlike previous seasons where hopefuls competed solo, this time around, contestants had to audition in pairs! It didn’t matter if they were BFFs, family members, romantically involved, or just a great team – as long as they were a “dynamic duo,” they had a shot at becoming housemates.

This exciting news about season 9 comes hot on the heels of another announcement. Ex-winner Mercy Eke recently shared that the reunion show for the last season, which featured all-star housemates, was unfortunately cancelled.

The reason behind this decision remains a mystery for now. But with the news of auditions requiring pairs and the upcoming season premiere, Big Brother Naija fans have something much bigger to look forward to!
