US singer, Kehlani has welcomed her first child. The 23-year-old singer announced Monday she welcomed daughter Adeya with her partner, Javie Young-White, over the weekend.

Kehlani shared the happy news via her Instagram, revealing she gave birth to the infant ‘unmedicated’ at home.

Posting a photo of their child’s forest-themed baby blanket, she wrote: ‘this weekend our angel arrived healthy & perfect in every way in our bathroom at home,’ she wrote on Instagram. ‘unmedicated homebirth was the absolute hardest yet most powerful thing i’ve ever done. thankful beyond words. in love beyond comparison.

‘refraining from posting to be family and rest, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who sent well wishes, love, and support in all forms while waiting & working to bring Adeya earthside.’

Proud new dad Javie, who is Kehlani’s guitarist, also took to his Instagram to gush about his new baby.

‘Adeya is here. Kehlani birthed her, standing up, right into my arms. In that moment, all the indisputable pulls of intuition, random bellows of clarity, & ear-splitting life lessons I’ve received in recent years made more sense than i’ve ever needed.

‘We came face to face with beauty. arm in arm with God. I realized I was never alone in those moments, Adeya was simply aligning things for herself haha. She doesn’t take hesitation for an answer.

‘It’s a blessing to have purpose within such a healthy, willful family. We’ll be spending the next few weeks resting & falling deeper in love with each other. Thank you to all of you sending uplifting & expansive energy our way, not a drop goes wasted.’

Born on January 17, 1931, Jones captivated audiences for decades with his iconic deep voice and presence. He gained widespread fame for voicing Darth Vader in the “Star Wars” franchise, King Jaffe Joffer in “Coming to America”, and Mufasa in Disney’s “The Lion King”.

American actor and professional wrestler John Cena has recently addressed his decision to remain child-free. During a recent interview on the Club Shay Shay show, he shared his thoughts. These thoughts are on why he – at the age of 47 – and his wife have chosen not to have children.

He said, “I don’t want kids, I’m 47 now and I don’t have them. Everyone asks if I want them and I have to tell you that it’s not the easiest out there because a lot of why we’re here is to reproduce.”

John Cena explained that despite the societal expectations and the natural desire to reproduce, he has made a different choice. He reflected on his own personality. Further, he emphasized that his personality does not align with the requirements of parenting.

“I have a certain curiosity about life and I also know the investment that it takes. My biggest fear is, as someone who’s driven, many times stubborn and selfish, I try to approach the world with kindness and curiosity but I don’t think I’m personally ready, nor will I ever be able to invest the time that it needs to be a great parent,” Cena explained.

He added, “I want to live life for all it is and I still have a lot to do, and I still want to do a lot and I have a wonderful partner to do it with. We have had open conversations about this and we share the same values.”

The professional wrestler, who announced his retirement in July, acknowledged the difficulties of discussing this personal choice. He emphasized his intention to continue pursuing his passions instead of having children.

“It’s a tough subject to talk about because it immediately puts you in a category and we can’t help but judge, human nature so we are all judgmental. I’d like to believe that I operate under the construction that everyone’s living their lives and I can tell him that I’ve thought long and hard about this since 15 and 16 years old,” he stressed.

He also emphasized that he and his wife were in agreement about not having children, even before they got married.

BET announced the exciting news in a press release on June 24th. They’re clearly thrilled to have Will back, with Connie Orlando, an executive at BET, calling him a “global icon” and expressing her honour at having him perform. This is sure to be a highlight of the award show!

She added, “We look forward to Will adding to yet another defining night for the culture that is not to be missed.”

Music is where it all began for Will Smith!

Before becoming a 90s acting icon with “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” Will rose to fame as a rapper. He even rapped the show’s unforgettable theme song! He’s no stranger to dropping new music either.

Just recently, he teamed up with Sean Paul for the song “Light Em Up” for their upcoming film “Bad Boys: Ride or Die.” Fun fact: Will first hit the music scene alongside DJ Jazzy Jeff, who also co-starred in “Fresh Prince” with him.
